Custom Portraits & Originals

FAQ

  •  Can I email photos that I have?
    • Yes, you can! Please email any number of photos in their original sizes.
  •  If I take new photos, how would you like them done?
    • A close up of the horse in afternoon lighting showing chest, shoulder, optional hindquarters and up to the head would be ideal.  A full photo of the horse can work, however, try to keep the entire horse filling the frame.  Grooming is recommended to reveal better lighting and shading in the coat, however mane, head gear and background does not need to be perfect as the paintbrush can adjust, change or enhance all that.
  • What is the difference between a gallery-wrapped canvas and a standard canvas?
    • A gallery-wrapped canvas has deep 1.5" edges that can be painted.  Framing is not required.
    • A standard canvas has 0.75" edges that require framing.
